Customer Advocacy Manager (Fully Remote)

Build a customer advocacy and community function from the ground up. Turn customer outcomes into stories, references, and relationships. Key Responsibilities: Build a Customer Advisory Board, including member recruitment and charter development. Create a customer reference program and produce case studies, testimonials, and video content. Develop a customer speaker bureau and integrate proof points into sales and marketing. Qualifications: Seven to ten years in B2B customer marketing or advocacy. Experience building advocacy programs from scratch, preferably in regulated industries. Compensation: Base salary $180,000-$200,000 USD annually. Remote position within the US, with primary location in San Francisco.
