Customer Marketing Manager

To support OLarry's growth, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will manage the customer journey from acquisition to advocacy, build partnership channels with wealth managers and other professionals, and represent customer insights to the product team. Key responsibilities Own the referral flow for new clients, guiding them from initial engagement to closed referrals Design and manage the onboarding journey to transform new customers into engaged users and advocates Build and oversee a partnership program with wealth managers and other referral sources, including outreach and relationship management Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships, preferably in fintech or wealth management Proven track record of developing referral or customer advocacy programs with measurable revenue impact Experience managing relationships with external partners, from prospecting to ongoing account management Comfortable executing a program end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and reporting Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track metrics related to revenue
