We provide the office space and technology you need to succeed. Pre-scheduled client appointments — both virtual and telephonic — are conducted on-site using our office and technology, giving you the structure and support of a professional office environment. For advisors who want to grow further, there is also potential to expand into outside sales for greater earning opportunity.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Active Series 7 & 66, or Series 65, or ChFC equivalent
• Clean U4 (if currently registered)
• Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income strategies
• Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrated track record of successfully selling insurance products and/or investment strategies using a needs-based approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ethical Judgment: Sound financial and ethical judgment, always prioritizing clients' best interests
• Self-Starter and Problem Solver: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of solving complex financial challenges
• Communication Skills: Advanced listening, written, and oral communication skills, along with strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable conducting both virtual and telephonic client reviews and sales, on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation, or willingness to obtain it, demonstrating commitment to expertise in retirement income planning
• Open to outside sales opportunities as they arise, for advisors seeking greater earning potential

What We Offer

• Base salary plus commission — a stable base pay combined with a commission structure that gives you the opportunity to reach six-figure earning potential based on your closing skills; as a new position, actual earnings will vary and are not guaranteed
• Pre-scheduled appointments — our Appointment Setter works to line up appointments for you, targeting 10–12 per week, so you can focus on advising rather than prospecting
• Office and technology provided — we supply the workspace and tools you need for both virtual and telephonic meetings
• Experienced Case Manager support — a dedicated Case Manager works alongside you to design client financial plans and handle paperwork
• Stable, structured schedule — a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM on-site schedule with full W2 employee support
