Join SolarWinds and grow with us!Summary:SolarWinds is seeking a Business Operations Senior Analyst to join our GTM Business Operations organization. In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise and business acumen to design scalable processes, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decisions across our global go-to-market teams. You will collaborate closely with BizApps, GTM Organization, and Sales Operations & Finance to streamline operations, improve visibility, and ensure our systems support predictable, sustainable growth.Responsibilities:Support GTM Teams: Handle ad hoc operational requests, including reporting updates, data corrections, and process clarifications.Maintain Data Quality: Perform routine data hygiene tasks, monitor system health, and ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data.Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to solve problems and improve processes.Document & Improve Processes: Update SOPs, maintain knowledge base articles, and suggest improvements to reduce recurring issues.Support Operational Rhythms: Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.Lead end-to-end operational analytics: Collaborate across sales, finance, and customer success functions to drive decision-making.Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting: Create executive views in Tableau for real-time visibility into pipeline health and revenue performance.Develop advanced Excel models for strategic planning and business reviews.Optimize Salesforce data structure and reporting to support GTM forecast accuracy and sales productivity metrics.Automate recurring reporting to improve processes and data integrity across systems.Create standardized reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, governance, and audit readiness.Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting GTM organization and influencing strategic initiatives.Required Skills:5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related GTM support role.Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including navigation, reporting, troubleshooting, and basic data management.Hands-on experience with Tableau.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, Marketo/Pardot, or Gainsight.Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and cleanup.Familiarity with SaaS GTM processes, including lead routing, opportunity stages, and renewals.SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
