BGCA is seeking a Director of Leadership Giving & Partnerships to manage a national portfolio of high-value philanthropic relationships and lead the full lifecycle from cultivation to renewal. You will work with senior leadership and external partners to advance commitments totaling tens of millions of dollars yearly.
