• Request, review, and organize medical records and bills
• Draft medical chronologies and treatment summaries
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in medical treatment
• Assist in preparing demand letters and discovery responses
• Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients
• Support attorneys with trial preparation involving medical documentation
• Maintain detailed and organized client files
