This contract position is designed for qualified professionals who are passionate about helping children thrive academically and socially. The opportunity is located near Charlestown, NH, and runs through June 21, 2027, offering steady, meaningful work for the duration of the academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in New Hampshire
- Demonstrated experience working with students with selective mutism
- Expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted behavioral consultation and therapy to three students, roughly 6 hours of direct service weekly
- Attend and contribute to meetings, collaborate with school staff, and communicate progress to families and teams
- Complete reports, maintain documentation, and develop treatment plans in compliance with school and state requirements
- Allocate one consistent 8-hour day on-site per week, ensuring continuity and accessibility for staff and students
