Key Qualifications:

• Valid New Hampshire BCBA licensure
• Proven experience delivering services to students with selective mutism
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and its implementation in educational settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to complete comprehensive administrative documentation and participate in meetings as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services to a focused caseload of three students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to encourage positive outcomes
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to foster supportive learning environments
• Document daily activities and maintain clear records in accordance with district guidelines
• Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
