What We’re Looking For:

• Active New Hampshire BCBA licensure.
• Demonstrated experience supporting students with selective mutism.
• Proficiency in developing and overseeing behavioral intervention plans.
• Ability to complete administrative documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educational teams and families.

Role Essentials:

• Deliver behavioral analysis and intervention services for three students.
• Manage approximately 6 hours of direct service per week, with additional time allocated for documentation and meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive records and document interventions according to school guidelines.
• Consult and collaborate with educational staff and parents for each student’s ongoing progress.
• Uphold best practices in behavior analysis while ensuring compliance with all relevant educational policies.
• Serve as a resource for staff in understanding and working with selective mutism.
