Key Qualifications:

• Current and active BCBA credential with licensure to practice in New Hampshire
• Strong background in delivering behavioral analysis services to K-12 students
• Direct experience working with individuals with selective mutism
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing documentation and participating in team meetings
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with education teams, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver approximately six hours per week of direct services to students, tailored to their behavioral and communicative needs
• Allocate an additional two hours weekly for documentation, data analysis, strategy development, and collaborative meetings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
• Provide consultation and training for staff to support ongoing implementation of strategies
• Ensure detailed, timely records and progress reports in accordance with school district standards
