Qualifications:

• Current, active New Hampshire BCBA licensure
• Proven experience working with students diagnosed with selective mutism
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Adept at engaging in interdisciplinary meetings and providing consultative support

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver approximately six hours per week of direct behavioral services to assigned students
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with educators and support teams to facilitate student success
• Complete administrative documentation and participate in regular team meetings
• Maintain ethical and professional standards while engaging with students and staff
