What You Will Work On Champion replenishment strategies that support strong inventory health across all channels. Work includes evaluating financial indicators, shaping inventory flow processes, and guiding teams toward accurate and timely allocation. These efforts help ensure customers find the right products in the right locations at the right time. Daily work centers on leading analysts, refining allocation methods, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Process improvements and consistent execution form the foundation of your impact. Your leadership supports higher predictability, stronger results, and smoother new‑store openings. Who You Will Work With This role partners closely with Replenishment Analysts, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Planning teams to support effective allocation strategies. Regular collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners helps align priorities, drive improvements, and ensure inventory decisions support business goals. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
