Responsibilities Support office staff with administrative tasks, data entry, and document organization Assist with customer communications and follow-ups Help prepare project files, proposals, and other business documents Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a roofing company Take on special projects in areas like marketing, customer service, or operations as interests and needs align Required Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills Professional, dependable, and eager to contribute Ability to commit to a consistent schedule for the duration of the internship Proactive and self-motivated — when a task is done, you communicate that and look for what's next rather than waiting to be asked Tech-proficient and a quick learner — comfortable picking up and consistently using multiple apps and platforms on both laptop and mobile, including CRM software, proposal tools, photo management apps, and shared document and spreadsheet systems Ability to pass drug tests, as well as criminal and motor vehicle background checks Preferred Currently enrolled in a college or university program (business, marketing, communications, construction management, or related fields preferred) Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and a basic sense for what makes engaging content in a trade or construction context Hourly pay Monday - Friday, day shift, flexible Specific pay and scheduling arrangements are discussed during the application process #J-18808-Ljbffr Lone-Star Roof Systems, LP.
