What You’ll Do as a Case Manager: Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing compassionate and clear communication Gather, track, and organize documentation such as police reports, medical records, and billing statements Coordinate client treatment schedules and track progress throughout the case Draft demand letters and assist attorneys with pre-litigation efforts Ensure all files are up to date, accurate, and moving efficiently through the legal process Support attorneys by maintaining consistent, professional communication and updates What You Bring: Previous experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm is required Proficiency with legal case management systems (e.g., Filevine, Needles, or similar) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large caseload without missing a beat Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure Bilingual (English/Spanish) is Required Why Choose Adam S.
