STORE MANAGER
CONCESSION, SCOTTSDALE, AZ
Key Responsibilities: Support in leading a team within a concession environment. Inspire and motivate daily, fostering ownership and accountability. KPI's, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of Assistant Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager/ General manager / Associate Store Director experience with a Luxury brand. Demonstrated experience of managing a high-volume turnover location within fashion/leather goods/accessories, with a large team as well as managing a high level of client experience. Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals, CRM and payroll administration. Offering: Salary $60,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience. Annual Bonus & Monthly Sales Bonus 401k and additional company benefits.
