Senior Sales Recruiter

To support a growing sales team, the remote full-time Senior Sales Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles, develop creative sourcing strategies, and optimize the interview process while partnering with sales leadership. Key responsibilities Drive Go-To-Market talent acquisition for revenue roles in collaboration with sales leadership Build and manage candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent Refine the interview process to enhance the candidate experience from initial contact to hiring Required qualifications 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in sales/GTM recruiting High energy and persuasive skills to effectively pitch the company's vision Organized and systematic approach to building scalable hiring processes Creative problem-solving abilities in tight talent markets Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and executive stakeholders
