Create measurable commercial demand through digital campaigns, content distribution, target-account engagement, and marketing automation. Responsibilities Design and execute digital campaigns around priority markets, workflows, and commercial objectives. Generate and nurture qualified leads through coordinated digital programs. Manage marketing automation, audience segmentation, and digital funnel performance. Build target-account programs in partnership with Inside Sales, Market Development, Brand Marketing and Product Management teams. Work with scientific and content resources to translate technical material into effective campaigns. Optimize website, email, paid, organic, webinar, and digital event channels. Track campaign-to-pipeline attribution and report on commercial impact. Support product launches, webinars, events, and strategic campaigns. Continuously test and improve conversion, engagement, and return on marketing investment. Candidate profile 4+ years in B2B digital marketing, preferably in life sciences, biotech, scientific instrumentation, or another technical market. Experience with Salesforce/CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics, and audience segmentation. Demonstrated ability to connect digital activity to commercial pipeline. Strong written communication and ability to work with technical/scientific subject matter.
