Customer Support Representative

Account Support Representative We are seeking an Account Support Representative to provide administrative and customer account support. This position will work closely with Senior Account Executives, assist existing customers, resolve account-related issues, and help prepare proposals and other materials for prospective customers. Key Responsibilities Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customer accounts. Provide day-to-day support to Senior Account Executives. Analyze customer concerns and assist with resolving problems. Assist with studies and analyses used to determine customer incentives. Develop and prepare proposals for customer leads on behalf of Account Executives. Prepare reports and process forms and other documentation. Review and audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
