Overnight Client Service Representative We are looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Client Service Representative. Our Client Service Representatives play a key role in making every visit positive and stress-free for both pets and their owners. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our clients, you will: Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Guide clients and pets to exam rooms Follow up with clients and reach out to new or prospective clients Explain treatment plans, invoices, and payment options clearly Help clients with prescriptions and enrolling in our online pharmacy services Answer general pet care questions (non-medical topics like flea prevention, house training, etc.) Keep medical records organized and up to date Help keep the hospital clean, safe, and welcoming (inside and outside) What We're Looking For Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals Punctual, reliable, and responsible Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Comfortable multitasking and staying organized A positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and sick time 401(k) retirement plan Generous employee pet discounts Opportunities for growth and career development This position description outlines the general responsibilities of the role.
