ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the values of LGM. Take, prepare, and deliver drink and food orders for customers. Enter patron’s orders into the computer, verify accuracy of order, collect payment when finished. Clear tables and attend to the general cleanliness of the dining area. Assist the chef with food preparation as required. Ensure the server station and bar are stocked and clean. Attend Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adhere to the Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service policy. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor. Adhere to club dress code always. Demonstrate a commitment to the work and success of the Company by being solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all team members and meeting customer service standards set by management. Perform additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers. Maintain regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts. Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Good oral communication skills. Can compute simple math and count change accurately. Able to obtain a food handler’s permit or certification. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience in food service preferred. Certified Food Handler (rserving.com or local certification) Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate.
