Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients diagnosed with major mental health disorders, providing individualized assessments, therapy, and support through evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring open communication with clients, families, and other service providers.
\n
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments, tailoring treatment and intervention strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, designing interventions that focus on empowerment and personal choice.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions, contributing to shared goals and quality improvement initiatives.

• Monitor client progress and engage in crisis interventions when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Prepare and submit documentation and reports punctually, adhering to professional ethical guidelines and the organization's code of conduct.

• Provide on-call coverage according to assigned rotation, ensuring clients have access to support outside regular hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Oak Leaf Behavioral Health, your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client population grappling with mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of assessment and diagnosis methodologies, crisis management, and treatment planning.
