We've grown by combining quality products, effective service, and real relationships — and we're looking for a sales leader who can help us build an even stronger Outside Sales team without losing that entrepreneurial edge.We're hiring an Outside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of five outside territory sales representatives. This is a true player-coach role: roughly 60% of your time in the field (including several nights most weeks in a hotel) riding along with reps and visiting customers, and 40% in the office on planning, coaching, and reporting.
