Technical Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate with experience leading large-scale Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) transformation programs, driving end-to-end delivery of data modernization, cloud migration, and regulatory reporting initiatives .

Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Technical Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) data transformation and cloud modernization programs.
• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting across multiple teams and vendors.
• Oversee delivery of data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, reconciliation, reporting, and cloud-based analytical solutions using Azure, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, risk, architecture, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Drive Agile delivery, release management, testing, cutover planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation support to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring, audit, and regulatory requirements while improving data quality, controls, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Data Transformation, Cloud Modernization, or large-scale enterprise program delivery.
• Strong experience leading Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) programs, including AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, and Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Azure, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, data platforms, cloud modernization, and managing complex cross-functional programs with executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
