Remote B2B Customer Support Specialist

Description Keeper is hiring a passionate Customer Support Representative for its B2B Support team. This role is 100% remote from select locations, with the option to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area. About the Job As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle customer requests and feedback via phone and email through Salesforce, troubleshooting and providing real‑time assistance. You will be a highly organized, proactive problem‑solver who seeks to enhance the customer experience by delivering accurate, timely, and professional support.
