ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent six years as a team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building strong relationships. Since opening my agency, I've focused on creating a collaborative environment where our team and customers can thrive.

Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency, and we enjoy staying involved through local events and supporting the businesses and people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Courtnie Parrish - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
