If you’re motivated, mechanically curious, and ready to grow, this is your role.**THE ROLE**The Facilities Associate (Maintenance Technician I) is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of Topgolf’s venue, grounds, equipment, and systems. You’ll complete maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, respond to maintenance calls, and help keep every part of the venue operating at its best — all while upholding safety standards and engaging with guests and teammates in a way that reflects Topgolf’s values.This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.**WHAT YOU WILL DO****Maintain and Repair the Venue*** Complete all maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the Facilities management team, across all areas of the venue* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, systems, and infrastructure throughout the venue and grounds* Monitor the operation and proper use of all equipment and systems to identify issues before they become problems* Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and flag shortages proactively**Respond and Communicate*** Answer and respond to maintenance calls for assistance promptly and with a sense of urgency* Communicate accurately and effectively with guests and team members about maintenance status, safety concerns, and repairs in progress* Report all significant issues, safety hazards, and unresolved deficiencies to the Facilities Manager immediately* Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures at all times**Support the Guest and Team Experience*** Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner when working in guest-facing areas of the venue* Support teammates across Facilities and Operations to keep the venue fully operational and guest-ready* Participate in training to build your maintenance skills and grow within the Facilities team* Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values in every interaction: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring**WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE*** You’ll build real maintenance and technical skills — no experience required, full training provided* You’ll work in one of the most dynamic facilities environments in entertainment, where no two shifts are the same* You’ll be part of a team that keeps a high-tech, high-traffic venue running at its absolute best* You’ll work in a place where your skills grow, your effort matters, and your work is visible in every guest experience**CORE COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS****Being Resilient** | You stay calm, methodical, and solution-focused even when multiple issues need attention at once.* Remains calm and professional during peak service, high-volume events, and unexpected challenges* Recovers quickly when things go sideways and helps the team do the same* Manages the heat, literally and figuratively, without letting pressure affect the team's performance or morale* Brings the same thoroughness and care to the last repair of the shift as to the first**Communicates Effectively** | You communicate clearly with the Facilities team and guests, keep everyone informed, and escalate quickly when needed.* Listens to direction from the Facilities management team and carries out tasks accurately and completely* Communicates repair status, parts needs, and unresolved issues to management proactively and clearly* Interacts with guests professionally and helpfully when performing maintenance in guest-facing areas* Contributes to a team environment where everyone is informed, supported, and set up to keep the venue running**Customer Focus** | You understand that a well-maintained venue is the foundation of every great guest experience, and you own that.* Holds themselves accountable for the quality and completeness of every maintenance task they take on* Anticipates equipment and system needs before they become failures — and acts on them proactively* Understands that the guest experience depends on a venue that works perfectly and takes pride in making that happen* Always looking for ways to improve maintenance processes and venue upkeep — and brings ideas forward**Drives Results** | You keep the venue operational and in top condition every shift because the team and the guests depend on it.* Holds themselves to high standards for repair quality, response time, and system reliability on every shift* Moves with urgency and personal ownership to resolve maintenance issues before they affect the guest experience* Notices equipment or system issues before they escalate — and addresses them immediately* Takes pride in a kitchen that runs well, looks clean, and puts out great food consistently**QUALIFICATIONS*** No experience required — we will train you; desire to learn maintenance and technical skills strongly preferred* 6+ months of maintenance experience or trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, or maintenance preferred* Valid driver’s license required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred* Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS***Let's be real — this isn't your typical desk job! Here's what you'll need to do to thrive in this role:** Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift, including standing, walking, climbing, and moving throughout all areas of the venue including mechanical spaces, rooftops, grounds, and multi-level service areas; this role requires sustained physical stamina and mobility throughout the duration of each shift* Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance, including tools, equipment, parts, and materials across multiple levels and areas of the venue* Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, ladders, and multi-level areas of the venue when performing maintenance tasks, inspecting equipment, or responding to repair needs* Ability to work in varying temperature and weather environments on a frequent basis, including outdoor grounds, mechanical rooms, rooftops, kitchen-adjacent spaces, and walk-in coolers or freezers* Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, gripping, and operating powered equipment and hand tools safely throughout the shift* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a high-energy venue environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noise* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand maintenance environment while maintaining focus, safety standards, and repair quality under pressure**Sounds like a fit?
