This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency. In this role, a typical day will include: In this role, a typical day will include: Assist in leading production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Communicate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources. Assist in planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance efficiency and downtime to minimize disruptions. Lead or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement including investigative and technical writing. Lead Continuous Improvement Projects in an effort to enhance products, services, efficiency, cost for improvement through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen. Assure a safe work environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English Location : Onsite, Fort Worth, TX Schedule : Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Travel Requirements : 0 – 10% Relocation Assistance : Not Available Sponsorship Available : Not Available
