Field Operations Specialist — Travel-Heavy Community Visits
The Workforce Group
The Workforce Group is seeking a Field Operations Specialist for its Human Services Program in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will conduct in-person field visits and ensure participant compliance while documenting your findings accurately. This position requires frequent travel within the assigned area. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, field operations experience, and preferably a degree in social work or a related field.
