Trillium Drivers is now seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead their recruiting efforts in the Houston, TX area! This is an onsite position. The Recruiter role is responsible for achieving the financial goals of branch office by maintaining employee and client relationships, maintaining a sufficient pool of field staff employees to meet current and anticipated customer demand, and filling clients’ orders with quality employees who will meet client expectations. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity. The pay is $27 per hour plus commissions. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years of recruiting, call center or sales experience. Solid and verifiable work history. Previous Staffing experience is preferred. Previous service industry experience Transportation Staffing experience is preferred but not required Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
