Cassidy Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Due to our growth, we are in a unique position to add an HVAC Service Manager to our growing extended team!

Are you an experienced HVAC Service Manager who enjoys developing technicians, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a high-performing service operation?

Nis Air, now proudly part of the John C. Cassidy family of companies, is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing Fort Pierce operation. · Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians.

· Drive service excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Support technicians with advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.

· Partner with dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency and technician productivity.

· Manage customer concerns and warranty-related issues.

· Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop top HVAC talent.

· Monitor service performance, productivity, quality, and key operational metrics.

· Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

· Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, control systems, and equipment documentation.

· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company safety standards.

· Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.

· Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.

· 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, including service leadership or management.

· Strong residential and commercial HVAC technical knowledge.

· Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and retain service technicians.

· Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving skills.

· ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

· Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel.

· Knowledge of HVAC codes, controls, diagnostics, and industry best practices.

· Valid driver's license.

· Competitive salary: $75,000–$85,000+ (commensurate with experience)
