Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator has a working knowledge of client accounts and a strong understanding of the marketing tools and tactics at our disposal to execute successfully within our focused campaigns. This role executes plans and direction set by the Director of Brand & Marketing and the Brand Strategist, serving as the backbone of hands-on marketing production at BOI. You are a strong verbal and written communicator, comfortable working from an approved brief rather than generating strategy independently, and experienced at email marketing, social media management, and account coordination across multiple client accounts.

Domain (accountabilities & role clarity)

• Serves as marketing execution supporting clients, working from direction set by the Director and Brand Strategist
• Responsible for writing & assembling content & digital assets to support the tactical execution of marketing campaigns
• Executes weekly social media posts and evaluates client channels for weekly boosting
• Manages client social media accounts daily; responsible for executing on shared strategy including scheduling, publishing, and follower engagement
• Writes & builds clients' emails and newsletters in preparation for BOI internal review and execution
• Executes campaign calendars and promotional timelines with the Director and Brand Strategist
• Produces and updates website/event-page content from approved copy and direction
• Provides consistent reporting on campaign performance (opens, clicks, registrations)
• Keeps campaign assets, calendars, and shared trackers (e.g., Asana) up to date and organized
• Coordinates directly with part-time, task-based support on hand-offs for email builds and social scheduling
• Supports e-learning/CPE program logistics
• Supports the Director and Brand Strategist in one-off marketing requests that require attention to detail and timeliness.
