• Starting pay: $21.50 – $23.00 per hour
• 12-hour shifts (2-2-3)
• Work only 15 days per month
• Day and night shifts available
• Opportunities for overtime

• Run automated manufacturing and production equipment with safety and precision
• Set up, align, and calibrate machines before and during runs
• Continuously monitor equipment and product quality
• Inspect finished components and document results
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime
• Keep your area organized and hazard-free; uphold 5S and safety procedures

• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-first mindset
• Mechanical aptitude or comfort working with tools and equipment
• Comfort in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs

• Manufacturing, production, or machine operation
• Warehouse or assembly work
• Mechanical work or construction
