Weekend Motorsport Event Crew — Race Day Roles

Event Manager We are looking for somebody with event organisation and management skills with experience at motorsport events, to assist at our events. Customer Experience Lead We are looking for someone with lots of energy, enthusiasm and great customer service skills. They will need to be empathetic, calm and work well under pressure. Mechanics (skilled and unskilled) We are looking for a number of skilled and unskilled mechanics roles with various levels of experience to join our team to assist in the preparation and maintenance of karts. Skilled mechanics should have experienced in either race cars, motorbikes or karts. For these positions, we have full and part time roles. Race Director / Clerk We are looking for experienced individuals to be responsible for our judicial processing and implementation of sporting regulations. Marshals We are looking for individuals to assist with on track incidents, recovering karts and to warn drivers via flags or marshal lights. An understanding of motorsport rules is important for this role. Dummy Grid Marshall We are looking for individuals to assist with the smooth operation of our pitlane by ensuring karts and drivers are ready for the next session or race. Timekeeper We are looking for an experienced motorsport timekeeper, preferably with experience of Alpha Timing. Driver Coaches We are looking for people with a passion and understanding of motorsport who feel they could work as driver coaches to pass that knowledge on. These people will need to have good communication skills and need to be comfortable communicating with and working with children. Pit lane Coordinator We are looking for someone with good people and organisation skills who can work well under pressure and has the confidence to be a team leader. Experience in motorsport desirable but not essential. This role might suit someone who has previous experience of working with children.
