Planning Data Coordinator

Overview MTF Biologics processes tissue grafts from human donors that are used in a growing array of clinical applications – positively affecting lives across the globe. The Planning Data Coordinator is responsible for daily creation of work orders, as well as all required data entry pre and post processing. Coordinate and work closely with Donor Planners, Specialists and Schedulers, as well as all relevant MTF departments including Processing, Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Donor Log-In to support MTF's scheduled production as well as timely entry of critical information. Monday to Friday 8:15am to 4:30 pm $22.05/Hr Responsibilities Accurately creates work orders for all Edison Processing such as Dermis, Trinity, DBX, IPBB, etc. Responsible for providing final package labels, paperwork, forms, and various materials as needed for each specific work order type. Control and input all data pre and post-processing into various systems. Perform post-processing label reconciliation. Calculate and verify expiration dates of tissues per recovery paperwork and FG Specifications. Reconcile all completed paperwork post-processing and assemble into finished charts. Responsible for identifying and correcting any paperwork/data errors occurring during entry. Complete all necessary paperwork and print required reports for data entry verification. Update Skin database to provide reimbursement values to Purchasing department. Provide necessary reporting to Marketing/Graft Matching department for daily production. Order necessary supplies needed for work orders and other critical items for use in the Processing and Donor Planning area. Responsible for the timely review and completion of all training courses and procedures through the Learning & Document Management Systems. Assist on special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma/G.E.D. 1 year clerical experience in a production/planning environment. Extensive typing and data entry. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to read and type up to 18 digit numbers accurately. Excellent investigative and problem solving skills Must be professional, self‑motivated, innovative, communicative, and able to work independently.
