In this role, you'll assist with marketing and leasing efforts, resident relations, affordable housing compliance, and administrative responsibilities—all while helping ensure a well-run property and positive resident experience.What you'll do:Support leasing and marketing efforts to maintain target occupancyLease apartments, oversee leasing activity, and approve rental applicationsServe as a point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concernsCoordinate resident activities and work with community partners as neededCollect rent, manage resident accounts, and assist with delinquency follow-upCoordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and maintenance activityMaintain accurate resident files and prepare required reportsWhat we're looking for:High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience3+ years of property management experienceExperience with affordable housing and knowledge of Fair Housing regulationsStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and YardiWhat we offer:Competitive compensation and a $2,500 sign-on bonusHealth & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Leave: We provide paid time off plus holidaysRetirement: We offer a 401k program with a company matchFrom collaborative team building offsites to spontaneous office fun, we've created an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and excited to come to work.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.Position pay range$32.75 - $37.50 USDJoin us and take the next step in your career—apply today!
