Admin Assistant/Data Entry

Part Time Data Entry Role
This is a part time data entry role that will support Client's Learning and Development team. This is what you'll do:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms
- Familiarity with expense reporting systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Document and file management (electronic and/or paper-based)
- Task prioritization and time management
- Professional email etiquette
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
- Adaptability to different systems, processes, and shifting priorities
- Collaborative team player, but also able to work independently
- Ability to convey information clearly and professionally in both written and spoken formats
- High School Diploma or associate's degree preferred with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Prior work in a corporate setting and/or Learning and Development a PLUS
Part time hours expected to be 20 hrs per week. M-F Position is hybrid
