What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests encompassing chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established procedures.
• Verify test results for accuracy, troubleshoot potential issues, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation for testing, ensuring timely and precise processing.
• Meticulously document all lab procedures, mentor new staff or students, and maintain outstanding lab quality standards.
• Uphold a safe and organized work environment that complies with all regulatory and accreditation stipulations.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field, coupled with ASCP/AMT certification track.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be earned within a year of your hire date.
• Continuous certification is required throughout your tenure.
