Territory Development Manager (Field Operations)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee a team responsible for community outreach and appointment generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, developing talent, and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team of field representatives
Conduct regular coaching sessions and field observations
Monitor team performance and productivity
Develop strategies to improve lead generation and appointment volume
Ensure team members follow company policies and standards
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly results
Foster a positive and professional team culture
Assist with territory planning and market development

Qualifications

Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Organized with strong time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation required
