Job Summary

The David Eccles School of Business is seeking a part-time Processing Assistant. This position will assist with daily transaction processing and tracking, including reimbursement requests (both travel and non-travel) and purchasing. It will also assist with budget reconciliation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process and track reimbursements and purchase requests

• Assist with budget reconciliation

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

• Time management and prioritization skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Superb customer service skills
