If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about driving innovation in investment services, this role could be your next step.Job responsibilitiesSupport the Fund Administration product offering with 5+ years’ experienceExecute product strategy and roadmap, including new product offerings and technology developmentMaintain active industry presence by attending conferences, reviewing whitepapers, and participating in panelsLiaise directly with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class service deliveryCollaborate across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Service teamsMonitor and track new business opportunitiesReview client change requests and align to strategic prioritiesDevelop reporting to assess profitability and oversee operational expensesMaintain oversight of key vendor relationships, including internal risk assessments and scorecardsServe as escalation point for issues and conduit for Product-related requestsEnsure activities are reflected in risk and controls self-assessment and business control forumsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMinimum of 5 years of investment services or relevant experienceBachelor’s degree required; CPA preferredKnowledge of the securities industry and applicable regulatory and operational requirements for fund accounting and administrationProven ability to multi-task and think criticallyStrong oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skillsTeam player respected as a trusted partner with Business, Operations, Finance, and Legal teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with fund administration product offeringsAbility to develop actionable strategies and roadmapsStrong analytical skills for profitability and operational assessmentFamiliarity with industry conferences and panel participation JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
