As a Front Desk Officer at a retail location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, greeting visitors, managing badges, and responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.15 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing customers, vendors, and employees to appropriate areas. Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site-specific entry procedures, maintaining visitor records, and issuing visitor credentials as applicable. Monitor front desk activity, access points, and security-related systems in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures. Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed. Support retail location operations by receiving deliveries or communications, maintaining accurate logs, and reporting unusual activity or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management. Minimum Requirements At least one year of security-related experience is required. Supervisory experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
