You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:0 0 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to members, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken. Maintain awareness of financial institution operations and report suspicious activity, property concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. An armed guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
