You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.48 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and transportation facility personnel by following site-specific procedures and access protocols. Staff the front desk and reception area, greet and direct guests, verify identification and credentials, and maintain visitor sign-in records. Monitor access points, communications systems, and facility activity; report unusual conditions or access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: CPO is required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
