About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Network Engagement and Growth to lead the strategic expansion, retention, and management of its professional network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of network growth, including the recruitment of new members and the renewal of existing ones. This role demands a leader who can set and execute growth strategies, carry membership and revenue targets, and report results to the executive team and the Board of Directors. The Vice President will also be tasked with designing and maintaining the college relationship management model, overseeing the network's convening strategy, and ensuring that the network experience is a clear and demonstrable benefit to its members. Applicants must have a Master's degree (Doctorate preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in higher education, membership organizations, nonprofit leadership, or institutional partnerships. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in membership or revenue generation, as well as experience in relationship management systems and data governance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the community college sector, the ability to build trust with institutional leaders, and a talent for using institutional recognition as an engagement strategy. Supervisory experience is essential, as the Vice President will lead a division and be accountable for its performance and the growth and retention of the network.
