We are hiring for a Senior Accounting Manager in the Inland Empire.
Location: Inland Empire, CA
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 DOE
Full-Time
York Employment is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations for a growing aerospace/manufacturing company .
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and accounting staff.
- Oversee month-end/year-end close and financial reporting.
- Manage AP, AR, Cash Applications, General Ledger, and reconciliations .
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance.
- Coordinate audits and support tax and financial reporting requirements.
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience , including management experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close .
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.
- Aerospace or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
