We offer great opportunities to grow with our company portfolio which consists of 12 brands across 4 states.What We Offer:Free Health Insurance Option Available401k Match Options AvailableHSA company match contributionDental and Vision Insurance AvailablePaid Vacations, Holiday Pay, PTO payCareer advancement opportunities, promote from withinDiscounts on products and servicesFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityResponsibilities:Book warranty repair orders and submit claims of manufacturer warrantyMaintain receivables schedules; service contract claim submission and follow upWork closely and effectively with team of technicians, service writers, and supervisorsCoordinates with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt and shipment of replacement partsCommunicate with Service Advisors to define the scope of a warranty claimProcess all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteriaArrange for parts for shipment to factory or distributorReconcile all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department to obtain payments; keep track of all services and customer records as required by warrantorStays abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and proceduresEstablish and build positive relationships with the manufacturers designated warranty representatives and the representative of any aftermarket warranty company with which the dealership conducts businessReview every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedure manualsFigure out the applicable labor operation code, failure codes, and/or other administrative data required and enter them on ordersEnsure that all deductibles are properly documented so they are collected from the customer at the time of repair completion/deliveryReview all returned and/or rejected warranty claims and prepare the repair orders for immediate resubmissionMaintain record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected and paid and their current statusEstablish and maintain a record and control of the physical inventory of parts to be returned, inspected, or scrapped by the manufacturer or other warranty authorityProvide a weekly report to the service manager regarding claims statusReport to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customersQualifications:Warranty experience preferredAttention to detailAbility to work well with others and be part of a teamProficiency Microsoft OfficeGeneral accounting knowledge preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
