Secretary/Vendor Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a Secretary/Vendor Coordinator to work for a financial services client in the DFW area. Job duties include:
- Taking and rerouting calls (around 50-100 calls a day)
- Administrative duties such as ensuring the break room is clean and kitchen is prepared
- Project management for facilities, including ensuring that invoices are paid
- Set up badges and access for new hires/anyone entering building
- Order supplied
- Coordinate with property management
Required Skills & Experience
- Vendor Management experience
- Flexibility and willing to do any task
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
