Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in our Sinsheim office. In this role, you will support the full spectrum of the hiring process for French Consulting matters—from identifying staffing needs and verifying credentials (as required) to shortlisting candidates and closing successful hires. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for all positions while ensuring an efficient and well-organized recruitment process. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates for roles
• Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (JazzHR) and candidate records
• Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and credential verification
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or general administration knowledge is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
