Phlebotomist-Client Office

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Cumming, Georgia client office location. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, managing patient data, and providing customer service in a Monday-Friday schedule with potential Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
• Process billing information and collect patient payments as needed
• Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing and analysis

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass color blindness test
• Capability to work independently or within team environments
