General Manager Position

Pay: Salaried Position with Benefits, valued much higher than starting rate.
This job is for the manager who strives to create positive experiences and memories for all who touch DQ! A General Manager runs the restaurant and is very hands on in executing operations, managing financial performance, being involved in product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing. Applicants should be eager to lead, set high standards, have ownership in what they do and be able to create smiles and stories for our fans. A General Manager typically has 1-2 Assistant General Managers and Shift Leaders to assist in the management of the restaurant.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience. Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred. Pay rate is based on experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Business education preferred.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and Labor.
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices. ServSafe certifiable.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the capability to oversee multiple aspects of the business.
- Ability to train others.
- Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges, including standing for periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have a friendly and positive attitude! Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and be prompt.
